RETURN AND REFUND CONDITIONS

ARTICLE 8: GUARANTEE – RETURNS – REFUNDS – RETRACTION

The items supplied by our brand are new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those sold in traditional stores and come from all the publishers and suppliers listed.

Should an item be defective or not conform, the buyer has 15 working days from receipt of the items to request an exchange or refund. If the fifteen (15) day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it will be extended until the next working day.

The customer must return the new or unused items in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by any accessories, instructions for use and documentation (in their original cellophane packaging and with the corresponding invoice). In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to our customer support (description and photos attached).

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, our brand is obliged to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of the cost of returning the goods. Reimbursement is due within a maximum of 15 working days from the date of receipt of the returned parcel(s).

You are responsible for the return postage costs.

In the event of a refund, we guarantee that it will be made in a timely manner.
