Delivery times for England and Western Europe :
It takes our team between 11 and 19 working days* to process your order, design the products and deliver your order. Our team makes every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
*These times do not take into account any delays caused by administrative decisions (e.g. customs control), strikes or other circumstances beyond the control of our teams.

Delivery times for Canada and the United States are 19 to 25 working days.
Delivery times for French overseas departments and regions (DROM) are 18 to 30 working days (delivery subject to a charge).

We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum order quantity and all our deliveries are free of charge (excluding French overseas departments and territories).
If your order includes several items, they may be sent separately, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses. Don’t worry, your parcel will arrive shortly.

We are only able to accept returns in the event of a proven product defect. Our products undergo strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products show any manufacturing defect, please send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) together with your order number.
